    Description

    We are looking for a dedicated Customer Experience Specialist to join our team on a Contract-to-Permanent basis in Mitchellville, Iowa. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring seamless customer transactions, supporting operations, and delivering exceptional service. This position requires flexibility and adaptability to meet varying business needs.

    Responsibilities:

    • Process cash and card transactions with precision and efficiency.

    • Assist in managing outbound scale house operations, ensuring smooth workflows.

    • Handle flat-rate vehicle transactions by stepping outside to facilitate payments.

    • Fill scheduling gaps as required, demonstrating adaptability to changing needs.

    • Provide exceptional customer service through inbound calls and direct interactions.

    • Utilize CRM systems and other computer programs to maintain accurate records and resolve customer inquiries.
