Description We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Richmond, Virginia. In this role, you will manage and input inventory data while working with Microsoft Excel to ensure accuracy and efficiency. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and have a strong aptitude for data entry.

Responsibilities:

• Input and maintain accurate inventory data into designated systems.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel functions such as vlookup and pivot tables to organize and analyze data.

• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data entered by reviewing and correcting discrepancies.

• Collaborate with team members to align data management practices with organizational standards.

• Meet deadlines and handle high-volume data entry tasks efficiently.

• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

• Adapt to changing priorities and workflows in a fast-paced setting.

• Provide regular updates and reports on data entry progress and issues.

• Assist in improving data entry processes to enhance efficiency. Requirements • Proven experience in data entry and inventory management.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including vlookup and pivot table functions.

• Strong typing skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
