    Description We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Richmond, Virginia. In this role, you will manage and input inventory data while working with Microsoft Excel to ensure accuracy and efficiency.     Responsibilities:

    • Input and maintain accurate inventory data into designated systems.

    • Utilize Microsoft Excel functions such as vlookup and pivot tables to organize and analyze data.

    • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data entered by reviewing and correcting discrepancies.

    • Collaborate with team members to align data management practices with organizational standards.

    • Meet deadlines and handle high-volume data entry tasks efficiently.

    • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

    • Adapt to changing priorities and workflows in a fast-paced setting.

    • Provide regular updates and reports on data entry progress and issues.

    • Assist in improving data entry processes to enhance efficiency. Requirements • Proven experience in data entry and inventory management.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including vlookup and pivot table functions.

    • Strong typing skills and attention to detail.

    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
