    Description

    We have an immediate open position for a Talent Acquisition Specialist! Functions include but are not limited to the following.

     

    Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition into the organization.

     

    Schedule pre-employment exams, background checks, and other onboarding requirements.

     

    Maintain accurate onboarding records and ensure compliance with internal processes and timelines.

     

    Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to ensure readiness for new hire start dates

     

    Facilitate bilingual (English/Spanish) new hire orientation sessions as needed

     

    Provide general administrative support to the HR Team as needed.

    Requirements

    Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

     

    Proficient in Adobe express, Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

     

    Outstanding written communication skills

     

    Proficiency with learning management systems

     

    Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

     

    Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
