Description
As a Customer Experience Specialist in a non-profit Call Center, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, resolving customer inquiries, and delivering a positive, solutions-oriented experience. You’ll use internal systems to document interactions and coordinate with other departments to ensure fast, effective service.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Answer a high volume of inbound calls in a professional and timely manner
+ Assist customers with product, service, or account-related questions
+ De-escalate and resolve customer concerns with empathy and accuracy
+ Document all customer interactions in our CRM system (Salesforce or similar)
+ Follow up with customers as needed to ensure issue resolution
+ Meet or exceed daily performance metrics including call volume, response time, and satisfaction scores
+ Stay current on product updates, policies, and call center procedures
Requirements
+ High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s or bachelor’s degree a plus)
+ 1–2 years of call center or customer service experience
+ Excellent communication and active listening skills
+ Strong typing, data entry, and multitasking abilities
+ Experience using CRM systems like Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar preferred
+ Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
+ Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a strong plus
