• Desktop Support Analyst

    Description We are looking for an experienced Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Las Vegas, Nevada. This role is ideal for someone who excels in providing technical assistance and resolving IT-related issues in a dynamic work environment. As part of a long-term contract position, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless operations for end users through hands-on support of hardware, software, and network systems.

    Responsibilities:

    • Diagnose and resolve hardware issues on desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.

    • Provide software support for Windows 10/11, Office 365, and other business applications.

    • Configure workstations, manage desktop cabling, and connect devices to the network.

    • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes by provisioning user access and accounts.

    • Maintain accurate IT inventory records and document troubleshooting procedures.

    • Collaborate on SharePoint updates, policy reviews, and vendor-related support tickets.

    • Perform light administrative tasks for systems like Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace.

    • Offer technical support and guidance to end users, both remotely and in person.

    • Ensure adherence to IT processes while contributing to the improvement of documentation. Requirements • Proficient in troubleshooting PC desktops and workstations.

    • Hands-on experience with Active Directory for user and group management.

    • Solid understanding of desktop hardware and common IT peripherals.

    • Expertise in Windows 10 operating systems and desktop imaging techniques.

    • Familiarity with Office 365 applications and related software.

    • Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.

    • Detail-oriented with the ability to follow established processes and procedures.
