Description
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. This is a long-term contract position designed for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. In this role, you will help customers with account setup, address inquiries, and ensure a seamless experience.
Responsibilities:
• Assist customers in opening new accounts and ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions tailored to their needs.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and account activities using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction and streamline processes.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and other database tools to analyze customer data and generate reports.
• Build strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term engagement and success.
• Uphold a detail-oriented image by adhering to business casual dress codes and maintaining a positive demeanor.
• Stay informed about company products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
• Manage customer concerns effectively, ensuring timely resolution and satisfaction.
• Support the team in achieving performance goals and enhancing service quality.
Requirements • Proven experience in customer service or customer experience roles.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and database tools.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and EO/IR systems is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives.
• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
