    Support Our Classrooms, Support Our MissionAt Acelero Learning, we believe every child deserves a strong start—and every educator deserves the support to make that happen. We’re looking for a Floater/Kitchen Aide to join our early childhood education team and provide essential support to our Head Start classrooms serving children ages 3–5. Whether covering for a staff absence or providing an extra set of hands, you’ll play a vital role in creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.

     

    What You’ll DoAs a Floater, you’ll collaborate with Preschool Teachers and other staff to ensure smooth day-to-day classroom operations. You’ll support learning, behavior, and developmental goals for all children while helping maintain a nurturing environment where children of all abilities can thrive.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Assist in implementing a child-centered curriculum that fosters positive social interaction, self-motivation, and developmental growth.

    + Observe children’s behaviors and support positive guidance strategies, including working with families to reinforce skills at home.

    + Support the use of observations and documentation to track developmental progress and tailor learning experiences to individual needs.

    + Step in across classrooms as needed, providing consistency and continuity for children and staff.

    + Participate in required training, meetings, and professional development activities.
