    Description

    We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish-English) Customer Service Representative with a non-profit organization to support our community by providing high-quality, empathetic assistance to individuals in need. The ideal candidate is fluent in Spanish and English, thrives in a collaborative environment, and has experience with phone based customer service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Provide responsive and courteous support via phone, email, and chat

    + Assist Spanish-speaking clients with service inquiries, applications, and issue resolution

    + Document interactions and track follow-ups in our CRM (Salesforce preferred)

    + Collaborate with program staff to ensure timely service delivery

    + Uphold confidentiality and cultural sensitivity in all interactions

    + Identify and escalate complex issues as needed

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + Fluency in Spanish and English (verbal and written)

    + 1+ year of customer service, call center, or community outreach experience

    + Excellent communication and active listening skills

    + Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems preferred

    + Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy

    + Passion for nonprofit work and serving diverse communities
