Robert Half Finance & Accounting has partnered with a growing, Toledo-based company as they look for a finance & accounting leader to join their team. As the successful candidate, you will play a key role in the financial planning capital management and reporting functions of the organization as you. This role blends strategic insight with tactical execution. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, performance metrics and cash management in support of the organization's continued growth. What you get to do each day:

+ Provide Strategic Financial Leadership through modeling and long-term forecasting

+ Capital Planning & Cash Management while building cash flow models & managing banking relationships

+ Accounting & Compliance, ensuring financial reporting is in line with GAAP standards

+ Systems & Infrastructure, playing a key role in the evaluation, selection and implementation of new systems.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will likely possess:

+ Bachelors in Accounting or Finance (advanced degree or certification a plus)

+ 10+ years' experience in a financial leadership position

+ Hand-on approach, with a willingness to work in a lean environment
