Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Property Administrator to join our team on a contract basis in Exeter, California. This role offers the opportunity to manage various property-related tasks and support leasing operations in both residential and commercial settings. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day property management activities, ensuring smooth operations and tenant satisfaction.

• Assist with leasing processes, including reviewing applications, preparing lease agreements, and conducting move-in/move-out inspections.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation using property management software, such as Yardi.

• Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and resolve issues related to maintenance, payments, and general concerns.

• Monitor property budgets and expenses to ensure financial efficiency and compliance.

• Support marketing efforts to attract new tenants and retain current ones through effective communication and services.

• Conduct regular inspections of residential and commercial properties to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.

• Collaborate with vendors and contractors to schedule and oversee repairs or other property-related services.

• Prepare reports on property performance and leasing activities for management review. Requirements • Proven experience in property management, including residential and commercial properties.

• Familiarity with leasing processes and tenant relations.

• Proficiency in using property management software, such as Yardi.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Knowledge of property budgeting and financial management.
