    We’re Hiring: Project Coordinator

     

    High Bridge, NJ | Full-Time

     

    Do you enjoy keeping projects on track, working with different teams, and making sure things run smoothly from start to finish? At Trident Maritime Systems – Custom Alloy Division, we’re looking for a Project Coordinator to help drive production schedules, optimize resources, and ensure our customers get the high-quality products they expect—on time and every time.

     

    This role is perfect for someone who’s detail-oriented, organized, and ready to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where collaboration and problem-solving make all the difference.

     

    What You’ll Do

     

    + Coordinate production schedules and track progress against deadlines

    + Work closely with production, procurement, inventory, and other teams to keep things moving smoothly

    + Serve as a key contact for operations, sales, customers, and vendors

    + Identify issues and help find solutions to keep projects on track

    + Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and industry regulations

    + Prepare reports, documentation, and updates for leadership

    + Support continuous improvement to make processes more efficient and effective

     

    What We’re Looking For

     

    + U.S. Citizenship required

    + Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)

    + At least 1 year of professional work experience (manufacturing environment preferred)

    + Experience with ERP/MRP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel skills a plus!)

    + Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities

    + Excellent communication and customer service abilities

    + Problem-solving mindset and ability to work across teams
