    + **Pay:** $28 - $ 36.50/hr

    + **Shift/Hours:** Monday – Friday, 1st shift

    Job Description:

    The Validation Coordinator will support the development and execution of validation activities for vehicle programs, playing a crucial role in ensuring efficient testing operations through meticulous tracking of parts, assets, and consumables. You will manage the logistical aspects of testing programs, serve as a key liaison with stakeholders, and drive action items resulting from meeting decisions.

    Essential Duties:

    • Liaison between teams for testing parts/assets tracking.

    • Track spare part consumables and report out inventory status.

    • Manage logistics of fixtures and parts between the company and external test labs.

    • Manage design review agenda and publish meeting minutes and drive accountability and follow-up on action items.

    • Onboard suppliers into company systems (JIRA, Confluence, Google Drives, etc.)

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years of experience in an administrative capacity, preferably in an engineering test team.

    • Superior verbal and written communication skills.

    • Intermediate to advanced skills in Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Slides)

    • Knowledge of Jira and Confluence preferred.

    **Pay Details:** $28.00 to $36.50 per hour
