    Oxnard Toyota is seeking a friendly, experienced, and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our busy dealership.     Responsibilities:

    + Greet service customers in a prompt and professional manner

    + Write up repair orders accurately and clearly

    + Communicate customer concerns to technicians

    + Recommend appropriate maintenance and repairs based on manufacturer guidelines

    + Provide accurate estimates and keep customers updated on service progress

    + Conduct active delivery when vehicles are ready, explaining services performed

    + Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business

    Qualifications:

    + 2+ years’ experience in a service advisor or customer service role (automotive preferred)

    + Strong communication and organizational skills

    + Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

    + Knowledge of vehicle systems and terminology

    + Experience with CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar DMS (preferred)Valid driver's license and clean driving record

    + Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

    The estimated annual earning range for this position is $66,000.00 to $114,000.00, which includes commissions on Individual Sales, Individual Gross Profit, and/or bonus opportunities such as Individual Manufacturer Approvability, Customer Pay Labor per RO, and Flat Rate Hours.Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentive as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
