Provides quality administrative and staff support to the Regional Vice President, some managers and primarily the Sales Department.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
• Administrative support functions to include, but not be limited to computer generated correspondence, creating and updating filing system, copying, faxing, placing and screening phone calls and directing messages to other staff as necessary.
• Administrative support for managers as needed.
• Coordinates activities between departments and outside parties ensuring courtesy, professionalism and responsiveness in all contacts and completion of tasks in an accurate and timely manner.
• Coordinates presentations, seminars, meetings, and Broker functions.
• Coordinates Sales charity functions.
• Orders flowers for employee and Broker events, i.e. births, deaths, illnesses, etc..
• Coordinates Broker holiday gifts, card lists and mailings.
• Makes travel arrangements and schedules.
• Prepare complete and accurate expense reports for executive team.
• Maintains and updates carrier contact file.
• Orders and maintains office supplies and equipment.
• Provides back-up to Administrative Assistant during absences or periods of high volume
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 2+ years of related experience in an administrative function.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
• None
FUNCTIONAL SKILLS
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook Exchange; proficient with various web browsers.
• Working knowledge of PowerPoint and creating presentations.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external personnel, both verbally and in writing.
• Read, comprehend, and interpret moderately complex documents.
• Maintain confidential information.
• Develop and maintain good relationships at all levels with the company and with vendors.
• Work in and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
**General Description of Available Benefits for Eligible Employees of CRC Group:** All regular teammates (not temporary or contingent workers) working 20 hours or more per week are eligible for benefits, though eligibility for specific benefits may be determined by the division of CRC Group offering the position. CRC Group offers medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, accidental death and dismemberment, tax-preferred savings accounts, and a 401k plan to teammates. Teammates also receive no less than 10 days of vacation (prorated based on date of hire and by full-time or part-time status) during their first year of employment, along with 10 sick days (also prorated), and paid holidays. Depending on the position and division, this job may also be eligible for restricted stock units, and/or a deferred compensation plan.
