About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Pharmacy Technician to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring accurate

and timely prescription fulfillment, maintaining high standards of customer service, and supporting pharmacy operations.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Accurately fill prescriptions and orders in alignment with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions

+ Verify order details for accuracy prior to final pharmacist review

+ Label, assemble, package, and ship medications to customers

+ Partner with the Customer Experience Center to meet turnaround expectations and deliver outstanding service

+ Assist with inventory control, stock replenishment, and workspace organization

+ Maintain a clean, compliant, and efficient pharmacy environment

+ Facilitate interdepartmental communication to support seamless operations

+ Uphold privacy, confidentiality, and all company policies and procedures

+ Ensure full compliance with state and federal regulations governing prescription dispensing

Qualifications:

+ Active Registered Pharmacy Technician license in the State of Florida

+ Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills

+ Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced setting

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35360.00 - $38480.00/yr.
