    Job Title: Quality Assurance AssociateJob Description

     

    We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Associate to execute investigations, conduct root cause analysis, and manage corrective and preventive action activities. The successful candidate will work within our established Quality System to capture data related to product deviations, non-conformances, and rework, using this information to drive quality improvements.

    Responsibilities

    + Execute investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive action activities in accordance with the Quality System for NCRs and CAPAs.

    + Capture and analyze data associated with product deviations, non-conformances, CAPAs, scrap, and rework.

    + Support change control activities by originating and reviewing internal operating procedures and specifications through the Document Change process.

    + Assist with adherence to all Federal, State, and Local Regulations controlling the manufacture of medical devices.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in quality assurance processes and practices.

    + Experience with FDA, GMP, GLP, and medical device regulations.

    + Strong technical writing and problem-solving skills.

    + Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with interruptions.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + BS in a Physical Science or Engineering or equivalent experience.

    + Experience in Quality Assurance or other regulated industries is preferred.

    + Strong customer service skills.

    + Proficiency in Excel.

    Work Environment

    The position operates on a first shift from 7am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday, with the possibility of an additional hour per day. Candidates may occasionally be required to work 4 hours on Saturdays, typically on a voluntary basis. The work culture is family-oriented, fostering a team spirit where colleagues support one another. The company is dynamic, and candidates should be comfortable adapting to constant and sudden changes.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
