    Medical Assistant — Clinic (Contract-to-Hire)

     

    We're looking for a compassionate and dependable Medical Assistant to join our clinic team. This contract-to-hire position working 40 hours per week.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Measure and record patient vital signs

    + Efficiently triage incoming patients

    + Conduct follow-up phone calls

    + Communicate clearly with parents and guardians

    + Support providers with room preparation

    + Perform room cleaning and sanitation

    + Administer point-of-care testing

    + Carry out phlebotomy procedures

    Essential Qualifications

    + Prior experience in medical assisting

    + Prior experience working with pediatric patients

    + Proficiency in phlebotomy techniques

    Additional Requirements

    + Valid RMA or CMA certification

    + GED or high school diploma required before onboarding

    Work Environment

    + Friendly, low-stress office setting

    + Work with the same provider across two clinic locations

    + Standard hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a 1-hour lunch

    + Immediate accrual and use of PTO and sick time

    + Supportive providers who respect and follow schedule

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
