Job Title: Machine Maintenance Technician
Job Description
As a Machine Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting breakdowns on the manufacturing floor. Your primary goal is to prioritize safety while minimizing downtime and optimizing production efficiency. You will perform scheduled maintenance tasks on various machines and equipment, replace or repair defective parts such as belts, bearings, motors, and sensors, and collaborate with team members to solve complex technical repairs.
Responsibilities
+ Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic problems on machines.
+ Perform scheduled maintenance tasks according to schedule.
+ Replace or repair defective parts such as belts, bearings, motors, and sensors.
+ Document all maintenance and repairs performed on the floor.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in industrial maintenance.
+ Knowledge of both high and low voltages AC & DC.
+ Ability to read and understand technical manuals and schematics.
+ Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ PLC Troubleshooting experience with Mitsubishi or Allen Bradley.
+ Robotic Troubleshooting experience with Mottoman or Fanuc.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $83200.00/yr.
