    Machine Operator

    Job Description

    We are seeking dedicated Machine Operators to join our team, working Monday through Thursday from 5:30pm to 5:30am. You will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring the production of high-quality, sustainable outdoor living and home exterior products.

    Responsibilities

    + Load and unload parts or products onto pallets.

    + Prepare parts and products for cutting to appropriate measurements.

    + Prepare parts and products to be shipped for powder coating.

    + Ensure quality standards and processes are used throughout the facility.

    + Ensure production deadlines and goals are met.

    + Report issues or problems with production to the immediate supervisor.

    + Operate and maintain machinery.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in production, machine operation, and general labor.

    + Proficiency with tape measures, CNC machines, and troubleshooting.

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

    + Understanding of manufacturing and mechanical processes.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

    + Strong attention to detail and quality assurance.

    + Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
