    Job Title: Tooling Supervisor

    Job Description

    We are seeking a motivated and experienced Tooling Supervisor to lead our team of mold technicians. The successful candidate will provide guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and professional development within the team.

    Responsibilities

    + Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of injection molding tools, ensuring they meet quality standards and production requirements.

    + Collaborate with production teams to optimize tool designs and manufacturing processes.

    + Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for tooling to minimize downtime and extend tool life.

    + Troubleshoot and resolve tooling issues to ensure smooth production operations.

    + Monitor and manage tooling inventory, ensuring adequate supplies and timely procurement of materials.

    Essential Skills

    + Minimum of 5 years of experience in injection molding maintenance.

    + Strong technical knowledge of injection molding processes and tooling design.

    + Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

    + Proficient in CAD software and other relevant engineering tools.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Management skills.

    + Experience in machine setup and mold setup.

    + Background as a maintenance technician.

    + Qualifications in Maintenance and Machining.

    Work Environment

     

    This role operates on a Monday through Friday schedule, from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. The work environment is dynamic, focusing on state-of-the-art technologies and innovative practices in the injection molding industry.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $71700.00/yr.
