•** **_Responsibilities_

+ Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area

+ Comply with OSHA, environmental, and company safety protocols

+ Support production, sales, project management, and engineering teams

+ Perform mechanical assembly and basic plumbing tasks

+ Handle shipping/receiving (e.g., loading/unloading trucks, prepping skids)

+ Prep and paint surfaces using proper safety procedures

+ Participate in shop upkeep and safety meetings

+ Use hand tools and power tools with skill and care

+ Communicate clearly with coworkers and supervisors

+ Show up on time, ready to contribute

•** **_Required Experience & Abilities_

+ Experience in construction, plumbing, refrigeration, or assembly is welcomed

+ Comfortable lifting 30–75+ lbs regularly

+ Strong hand-eye coordination, visual precision, and hearing awareness

+ Familiarity with mechanical assembly and packaging techniques

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
