    Job Title: SMT Operator

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated SMT operator to contribute to our production team.

    Responsibilities

    + Ensure that SMT machines are operating and performing appropriately.

    + Operate Pick and Pack Machines.

    + Utilize and operate computers consistently.

    + Load materials into manufacturing equipment.

    + Complete all required paperwork.

    + Set up and load SMT Machines.

    + Operate Pick and Place equipment.

    + Perform assembly Kit Audits.

    + Test and record ESD checks as required.

    + Follow weekly production and shipment schedules.

    + Record and review all production data.

    + Follow detailed work instructions.

    + Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience with SMT, production, and machine operation.

    + Proficiency in computer operation and using Pick & Place machines.

    + Knowledge of electronic assembly, electronics, surface-mount technology, and related areas.

    + Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and understand PCB and circuit board assembly.

    + 2 years of production experience.

    + SMT experience.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and communicate.

    + Ability to read and interpret English.

    + Proficient in computer use.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hillsboro, Oregon.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
