Production Assembler – | Entry-Level | Riviera Beach, FL

We are hiring motivated individuals to join our high-volume production team focused on assembling solar panels and control panels. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a growing industry with long-term potential.

Pay Rate starts at $20/HR.

Job Overview

As a Production Assembler, you will support the mechanical assembly of solar and control panels. You’ll work with small electronic components and hand tools in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

+ Perform mechanical assembly of solar and control panels using hand and power tools

+ Follow blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate assembly

+ Handle small components with precision and care

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area

+ Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards

Required Skills and Experience

+ At least 6 months of experience in a production or manufacturing environment

+ Comfortable using hand tools and performing mechanical assembly tasks

+ Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for working with small parts (e.g., microchips, PCBs, SD cards)

+ Ability to read and follow blueprints or schematics is a plus

Preferred Skills

+ Soldering or wiring experience

+ Familiarity with assembly line processes

+ Basic understanding of electronics or mechanical systems

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
