Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the facility and its grounds are maintained in excellent condition, adhering to safety standards and corporate policies. The role demands a high level of respect for residents, visitors, and team members, maintaining confidentiality and punctuality.

Responsibilities

+ Comply with facility’s personnel, safety, and corporate policies and procedures.

+ Report to work on time and as scheduled.

+ Ensure electrical system and appliances are in good working condition.

+ Ensure plumbing is in working order and in good repair.

+ Maintain equipment including washers, dryers, boilers, air conditioners, furnaces, and lawn mowers.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Manhattan, Kansas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
