Job Title: Mold Setter

Job Description

The Mold Setter will be responsible for creating and maintaining a safe work environment by adhering to HSE and 5S policies and procedures. You will change tools as per schedule and leadership direction in a safe and efficient manner, utilizing established crane and Lock-out Tag-out procedures. Additionally, ensure that established Mold Setting processes are followed, set up equipment based on mold requirements, materials, and tolerance, and complete weekly preventive maintenance on machines and tools. This role requires applying a force of 75lbs or greater for clamping tools in machines and frequently lifting weight over 40lbs. All damaged tool change equipment must be reported to the Production Supervisor/Technical Manager. You will also use various measuring and gauging tools to perform necessary inspections before, during, and after molding operations.

Responsibilities

+ Create and maintain a safe work environment by following HSE and 5S policies and procedures.
