    Job Title: Production Operator

    Job Description

    As a Production Operator, you will operate machines, label products, perform quality checks, and load machines with product. This role requires standing for 12 hours a day and working in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate machinery efficiently and safely.

    + Label products accurately and ensure proper packaging.

    + Perform quality checks to maintain product standards.

    + Load machines with product as required.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in manufacturing or production.

    + Ability to stand for long periods.

    + Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Previous experience in printing or press operating is preferred.

    Work Environment

     

    The work environment is non-climate controlled, providing a comfortable temperature during winter. It is a fast-paced setting with a lot of products and boxes around the area. The position involves 12-hour shifts with a swing schedule, including working every other weekend.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kingston Springs, Tennessee.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
