Job Title: Concrete Laborer

Pay: $21 - $24

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Concrete Laborers for our Nampa Plant. In this role, you will be involved in stripping current concrete forms, re-setting the concrete, and pouring new concrete. You will work with large concrete forms, approximately 3ft x 3ft or larger, in a team setting. This position requires continuous lifting of 50lbs and includes cleaning products and the surrounding plant area. You will also have the opportunity to cross-train in different departments that handle various areas of production.

Responsibilities

+ Strip and re-set concrete forms.

+ Pour new concrete.

+ Work collaboratively in a team setting.

+ Continuously lift 50lbs.

+ Clean products and maintain plant cleanliness.

+ Participate in cross-training across different production departments.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in concrete handling and construction.

+ Ability to work with concrete finishing and forms.

+ Proficiency with hand tools.

+ Understanding of rebar and general labor tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in general labor, fencing, roofing, or construction labor is beneficial.

Work Environment

The work environment is indoors with a typical schedule from 7am until the job is done, usually around 5pm, Monday to Friday. Steel-toed boots are required and will be provided by the company upon conversion.

This is a Contract position based out of Nampa, Idaho.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
