Production Associate – $16-18/HR

East Moline, IL

Join a growing team! We're hiring motivated individuals to support our production operations, handling copper tubing and pipe for shipment to major retailers.

Key Responsibilities

+ Move and label pipe for customer orders

+ Bundle, wrap, and cut pipe to specifications

+ Handle shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks

+ Operate hand tools and machinery

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications

+ Experience in general labor or production preferred

+ Comfortable using tools and working in a warehouse setting

+ Able to learn quickly and work across departments

+ Willing to work in a non-climate controlled environment

Schedule & Incentives

+ 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

+ Incentives: Up to $3.00/hour extra based on performance tiers

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
