Department Summary
Our Wireless Technology team is transforming the future of connectivity by building and enhancing the country’s first virtualized, standalone 5G wireless network from scratch. Our network is free of the limitations of the past, and flexible to satisfy all the social, economic and transformative needs of the changing world.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview, which may include a live whiteboarding or technical assessment session.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Own End-to-End security architecture
+ Lead the continuous threat exposure/vulnerability management initiatives
+ Design and governance of Firewalls, rule hygiene, automation and least privilege access
+ Champion Infrastructure as a Code and CICD security guardrails, replace manual device hygiene tasks with repeatable pipeline to improve CIA and Lower MTTR
+ Partner with internal teams to reduce change-execution time, streamline MOP and embedded security checks into routine maintenance, measure impact in MTTR & change assurance/success KPI
+ Serve as security POC for Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, Compliance and Products, influence roadmaps, secure by design
+ Translate threat trends and business strategy into security roadmaps
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
+ Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Network Engineering or related technical field
+ Masters degree in Information Security, Computer Science or Network Security preferred
+ 12+ years of progressive security and network engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a principal/lead capacity
+ CISSP or CCIE Security or relevant industry certifications
Skills and Qualifications:
+ Demonstrated ownership of enterprise or carrier grade firewalls, NAC, PKI environments. History of leading security initiatives to improve confidentiality, integrity and availability
+ Expert hands on skills with next gen firewalls, NAC, PKI; good understanding of routing and switching
+ Proven ability to mentor teams and drive cross team initiatives
+ Excellent communicator - translates technical risk into business impact
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $127,050.00/Year - $181,500.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
