What does a great Product Management - Sr Advisor I at Fiserv do? At Fiserv, we drive innovation in financial technology by providing solutions that enhance how our clients operate and grow. As a Director of Product Management, you will join a dynamic team that oversees the development and management of products that meet our clients' evolving needs. You will play a key role in defining product strategy, optimizing product performance, and ensuring client satisfaction.
What you will do:
+ Oversee the product life cycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with company goals and client needs.
+ Build and manage a new portfolio of data products for card services based on competitive and consumer research.
+ Develop and execute commercial strategies for new data products in the card services sector.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to develop and launch new products.
+ Liaise with the enterprise data teams to work cohesively on our collective strategy.
+ Analyze market trends and client feedback to inform product development and enhancements.
+ Create and manage product roadmaps, setting priorities and ensuring timely delivery of product initiatives.
+ Develop business cases, including financial modeling, to support new product proposals and enhancements.
+ Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring that our products address those needs effectively.

What you'll need to have:
+ 4+ years of experience in product management.
+ 4+ years of experience in financial technology products.
+ 4+ years of experience in market analysis and product strategy.
+ 4+ years of equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience
What would be great to have:
+ Proven track record of launching successful financial technology products.
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
+ Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
+ Experience with Agile development methodologies.
+ MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
Salary Range
$129,400.00 - $217,900.00
_These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey, New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ._
