Description
This role will be responsible for leading, developing and executing Retail transformation of the Global Brand across channels and markets with the goal of enhancing the Estēe Lauder retail proposition and in⁃store experience.
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Lead the Retail Experience Strategy for the brand and collaborate with Global and Regional Stakeholders for alignment, development and deployment of key initiatives
+ Retail Strategy
+ Analyze, identify and advise on key market trends and competitive dynamics related to retail/omnichannel
+ Define our strategy, vision and transformation for retail/omnichannel
+ Develop and execute our strategic roadmap for retail/omnichannel transformation - Retail Marketing: key launch programs and big moments
Consumer Journeys
+ in⁃store activations
+ Outposts, TOA, Associated with Launches ⁃ Retail Innovation
Virtual Beauty Tools ⁃ development, deployment, maintenance, 360 activation
+ In Store Digital Content and Collateral ⁃ development, deployment, maintenance (especially seasonal updates)
+ Devices ⁃ Engraving, Printer, Personalization, Dispensers
+ Omni Integration (Clientelling, Social Selling, QR codes, link with brand site, appt booking, etc.)
+ Media Center Project ⁃ Retail Services
Services ⁃ Beauty Services, Virtual Services, Cabine, RN tools, BA Tools ⁃ Retail Operations
FSS monitoring & ad⁃hoc projects
+ Collaboration and alignment with ELC Global Retail Channel e.g., COVID initiatives ⁃ Global Knowledge of Retail and Market Dynamics.
Conduct market visits to major cities and markets that are important in the expansion of the FSS Specialty Multi model
+ Keep current in the global competitive activity as well as innovation in the retail arena ⁃ Build and Maintain a Comprehensive Communication cadence all stakeholders, including Global Brand functions, Education, Service, Store Design, Visual Merchandising, Product Marketing, ConsumerMarketing and Online
Qualifications
• University Degree, preferably in business or equivalent experience
• 10 + years sales and management retail experience in:
• A high transaction retail environment
• International and multi⁃cultural experience
• Ability to strategize combined with strong problem solving skills
• Proven ability to lead teams ⁃ Strong finance and analytical skills
• Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment
• Excellent communication skills, written
• Travel required (40 %)
