Assistant, Transportation - 000FZ8 Description Enterprise Products Partners L.P. is one of the largest publicly traded partnerships and a leading North American provider of midstream energy services to producers and consumers of natural gas, NGLs, crude oil, refined products and petrochemicals. Our services include: natural gas gathering, treating, processing, transportation and storage; NGL transportation, fractionation, storage and import and export terminals; crude oil gathering, transportation, storage and terminals; petrochemical and refined products transportation, storage and terminals; and a marine transportation business that operates primarily on the United States inland and Intracoastal Waterway systems. The partnership’s assets include approximately 50,000 miles of pipelines; 260 million barrels of storage capacity for NGLs, crude oil, refined products and petrochemicals; and 14 billion cubic feet of natural gas storage capacity. The Transportation Assistant's responsibilities include, but are not limited to: + Working 7 days on 7 days off schedule + Providing timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and requests. + Processing customer orders/changes according to established department policies and procedures. + Providing timely feedback to the company regarding customer concerns. + Exceeding customer's service expectations. + Performing other related duties as assigned. + Talking with customers by phone concerning orders. + Receiving and entering phone and fax orders. + Calling customers when necessary to advise, and/or provide information necessary to process orders. Qualifications The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications: + High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is required. + 1 year customer service experience from a call center background is required. + Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others. + Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Access. + Exceptional customer service skills. + Ability to use general office equipment such as: copier, fax, scanner, phone. + Data entry - speed and accuracy. + Ability to organize and manage multiple projects. + Switchboard telephone experience.
