The Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) – Sourcing, Legal & Communications serves as a strategic and operational partner to leadership and employees alike. This role delivers broad HR partnership across talent initiatives and supports functional learning and development by aligning learning strategies with evolving organizational priorities.
This position requires strong business acumen, a proactive problem-solving approach, and the ability to influence in a complex, matrixed environment. The Senior HRBP will collaborate with enterprise and functional stakeholders to build a high-performance culture focused on development, accountability, and inclusion.

How You'll Create Possibilities
+ Strategic HR Partnership: Partner with employees and leaders to support business goals, objectives, and people strategies. Provide coaching and guidance to strengthen team dynamics and build capability. Analyze data to uncover insights that enable leaders to make data-driven decisions. Support leadership in anticipating future talent needs and assist them in shaping organizational structure to meet long-term goals.
+ Talent Development & Learning: Advance talent pipelines and development priorities to ensure stronger talent pools through skill development and increase retention while strengthening succession plans. Align with the Enterprise Learning Team on role-based learning strategies. Manage external training partnerships (e.g., ISM, CPSM, ASQ) to support growth and certification opportunities.
+ Employee Engagement & Culture: Lead employee engagement planning. Coach leaders on team effectiveness and inclusive leadership. Actively support, role model, and advocate for GEA leadership behaviors. Set the tone for others by demonstrating behaviors such as open communication, innovation and a culture of accountability.
+ HR Excellence: Ensure effective delivery of core HR processes (e.g., performance, onboarding, employee relations). Support functional tools and platforms (e.g., SharePoint, LMS) related to training and communications.
What You'll Bring to Our Team
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
+ 5+ years of prior relevant experience
+ Strong organizational and project management - ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively
+ Excellent collaboration skills with an ability to work independently and as part of a team
+ Interest in leveraging emerging technologies (e.g. AI)
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience with development programs or external learning partnerships
+ Familiarity with Workday or other human capital management systems
+ Analytical thinker with a problem-solving mindset and strong business acumen
+ Proven relationship building and ability to influence cross-functionally
+ Experience in learning & development, talent management, coaching, facilitation, and change management
