    The salary range for this position is $99,000 - $110,000 per year. The base salary offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Restricted stock units will be provided as part of the compensation package.

This role is a unique opportunity to partner directly with senior marketing leaders, playing a crucial role in driving the strategic alignment and operational efficiency of a 400+ person global organization. In this role, you'll be instrumental in shaping the narrative of our marketing successes, communicating our strategic vision to the highest levels of leadership, and optimizing our operational cadence to ensure we're always focused on what matters most. You'll gain unparalleled visibility into all facets of Wayfair's business and have a tangible impact on our continued growth and market leadership.

    What You'll Do

    + Lead executive-level communications, translating complex marketing initiatives into clear, concise, and compelling narratives for Wayfair's C-suite and Board of Directors.

    + Drive operational excellence by assessing and improving planning processes, leading key business reviews, and facilitating a synchronized operating rhythm for the global marketing team.

    + Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, helping to define priorities, manage key initiatives, and ensure alignment across a diverse set of cross-functional partners.

    + Manage internal communication strategies to foster transparency and keep all teams informed on company strategy, key initiatives, and performance metrics.

    + Develop high-impact, data-driven materials for a variety of senior audiences, including business updates, planning briefs, and leadership announcements.

    What You'll Need

    + 5+ years of professional experience in a strategic role such as corporate strategy, management consulting, business operations, or marketing strategy.

    + A Bachelor's, with a preference for a strong academic background in quantitative analysis, business strategy, or other related fields. An MBA is strongly preferred.

    + Exceptional business judgment with the ability to quickly synthesize complex information and develop actionable insights.

    + Proven experience in creating and delivering executive-level communications and presentations that drive alignment and decision-making.

    + Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

    + Strong analytical skills with a command of strategic and financial frameworks to contextualize marketing performance.

    + Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for tailoring messages to a variety of audiences.

    + Proficient with Slack, Notion, Asana, or similar collaboration tools.
