MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Journeyman Secure Supply Chain Analyst** to join our team in **Stafford, VA.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
+ Supports the management and improvement of the supply chain process, ensuring the efficient and secure delivery of goods and services.
+ Works closely with suppliers, building strong relationships to foster collaboration and address potential supply chain disruptions.
+ Conducts audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, contributing to the integrity and security of the supply chain.
+ Analyzes data and generates reports to identify areas for improvement and reduce costs, playing a vital role in keeping the supply chain running smoothly with minimal risks.
+ Receives guidance and direction from more senior staff.
Minimum Qualifications:
+ BA/BS in field necessary to assume Secure Supply Chain Analyst duties or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree
+ 4+ years of experience with 2+ years relevant Secure Supply Chain Analyst experience.
+ Solid understanding of supply chain processes (planning, sourcing, procurement, logistics).
+ Experience with supplier relationship management.
+ Knowledge of inventory management and demand forecasting. Understanding of security risks within supply chains.
+ Familiarity with security standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO 28000, NIST Cybersecurity Framework).
+ Experience with root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
+ Experience with risk assessment and mitigation strategies and knowledge of supply chain Risk Management Frameworks.
+ Understanding of international trade and logistics, experience working with global suppliers, and experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma).
+ Relevant industry-standard certifications such as Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM), and security certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISSP).
+ Experience at a DoD Combatant Command (e.g., SOUTHCOM, NORTHCOM, CENTCOM, CYBERCOM, INDOPACOM, EUCOM, AFRICOM, STRATCOM, TRANSCOM, SOCOM, SPACECOM) or a component is desired.
Clearance Requirements:
+ Must have an active Secret clearance
Physical Requirements:
+ Must be able to remain in stationary position for up to 50% of the time.
+ Must be able to deliver clear and effective communication verbally and via email, phone, and virtual communication platforms to interface with co-workers and customers.
+ Must be able to occasionally move about inside an office environment to access file cabinets, office machinery, and communicate with co-workers.
