Description and Requirements
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic **AI PC & Google Business Development Manager** to drive and optimize our global AI partnerships and operational efficiencies. This role will focus on managing commercial relationships with AI software partners, including Google, streamlining operations, and ensuring successful execution of business initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in AI solutions, B2B software, partner management, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Partner Management & Business Development
+ Develop and maintain strategic relationships with global AI solutions partners, and technology providers, including Google.
+ Negotiate AI partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and revenue goals.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Marketing) to drive joint go-to-market (GTM) initiatives.
+ Identify and onboard new AI partners to expand market reach and drive business growth.
+ Monitor partner performance, ensuring adherence to SLAs, revenue targets, and customer satisfaction metrics.
2. Commercial Strategy & Execution
+ Define and execute the global commercial strategy for AI software partnerships.
+ Work closely with finance and sales teams to structure pricing models, revenue-sharing agreements, and discount strategies.
+ Analyze AI market trends and competitive landscapes to refine partnership strategies.
+ Drive sales enablement efforts by ensuring partners have the necessary resources, training, and support.
3. Operational Excellence & Process Optimization
+ Optimize partner operations, including contract management, onboarding, and reporting.
+ Streamline internal processes to improve efficiency and reduce friction in partner-related workflows.
+ Implement and monitor KPIs for partner performance, operations, and commercial success.
+ Leverage CRM, ERP, and other business tools to enhance partner management processes.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration & Leadership
+ Act as the key liaison between AI partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on priorities.
+ Work closely with marketing teams to co-develop campaigns and drive lead generation through partnerships.
+ Support customer success teams to enhance partner-driven customer experience.
+ Lead initiatives to improve partner engagement and retention.
Basic Qualifications
+ **Bachelor’s degree in** **Business, Technology, or a related field**
+ **7+ years of experience** in commercial partner management, business development, or operations in the B2B software industry.
+ Strong understanding of **AI, SaaS, enterprise software, and global technology ecosystems** .
+ Proven track record in **negotiating, structuring, and managing AI software partnerships** .
+ Experience with **go-to-market (GTM) strategies** and co-selling models.
+ Strong analytical skills with experience using **CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot) and business intelligence tools** .
Preferred** **Qualifications
+ MBA
+ Certifications in **Partner Management, Sales, or Operations**
+ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
+ Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders across different time zones.
+ Ability to work in a **fast-paced, global environment** .
+ Willingness to **travel internationally** as needed.
+ Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on **operational efficiency and revenue growth** .
Lenovo's North America Headquarters is based in Raleigh, NC. We are open to this position being remote but candidates local to Raleigh, NC are preferred.
