Description and Requirements
About the Role
As a Sr Product Manager – AI Operations (AIOps),you’ll help define and deliver the product roadmap and delivery strategy for the AIOps domain, focusing on building intelligent and automated operations for complex cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Define and prioritize features across six core AIOps product services:
o Enterprise Monitoring & Alerting – unified observability through metrics, logs, and traces.
o ServiceNow ITSM – integration and orchestration of incident, change, and problem management workflows.
o ServiceNow CMDB – automated discovery and dynamic topology mapping of infrastructure and services.
o Microsoft Operations Copilot – AI-powered agents to assist with diagnostics, RCA, and recommendations.
o Microsoft Automation Platform – closed-loop automation for remediation and routine tasks.
o Smart Dashboard – real-time visual intelligence for operations center and executive reporting.
+ Collaborate with engineering, design, DevOps, and architecture teams to ensure successful implementation.
+ Translate customer pain points and operational needs into actionable user stories and functional requirements.
+ Drive cross-team alignment and facilitate agile delivery processes (backlog grooming, sprint planning, etc.).
+ Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to validate product value and prioritize enhancements.
+ Monitor competitive AIOps solutions and emerging technologies to ensure long-term differentiation.
Basic Qualifications
+ 5+ years of Experience with AI Ops or global CloudOps as a Technical Product Manager is required.
+ 5+ years of Experience with technical project coordination or delivery for a software product is required.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology or relevant field is required.
Preferred Qualifications
+ 10+ years of Experience with technical project coordination and software product delivery for global enterprise IT Operations.
+ observability, enterprise cloud operations, SRE/DevOps.
+ Hands-on Experience with AI Agent Technologies and their constraints (LangChain, homegrown LLMs).
+ Experience defining and evaluating intelligent workflows: diagnostics, remediation, and infrastructure optimization.
+ Experience with tools and frameworks such as Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ServiceNow, or Runbook Automation platforms.
+ Proficiency with Product Management and Collaboration tools: Figma, Jira, Confluence, Notion, SharePoint, Excel.
+ Ability to translate technical complexity into business value.
+ Cultural Competency working across Chinese, American, Desi, European, and South American cultural contexts, ensuring messages are communicated with clarity and tact.
The base salary budgeted range for this position is $155-175k. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission. This is a hybrid position 3 days per week at our Morrisville location.
