Are you a dynamic sales professional with a passion for fragrance and beauty innovation? dsm-firmenich is seeking a Senior Account Manager, Perfumery & Beauty to drive strategic growth and cultivate high-impact partnerships with emerging and established brands. As the Senior Account Manager, Perfumery & Beauty, you’ll be at the forefront of identifying white space opportunities, pitching cutting-edge fragrance solutions, and shaping the future of consumer scent experiences.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional creative and insights teams to deliver tailored, insight-driven solutions across categories like Air Care and Personal Care. Your Key Responsibilities:
+ Identify and target new business opportunities to rapidly grow sales
+ Support and grow existing New Business group clients, with demonstrated proactivity, creativity and business savvy consultancy as needed
+ Deliver and create engaging sales presentations and pitches
+ Establish and maintain excellent client relationships at all levels including the most senior level within the area of responsibility; fully understand the decision-making process and provide client with optimal service
+ Convey strong brand and category insights for Air Care and Personal Care
+ Handle pricing, project management, forecasting, budgets and post sales for optimal client service and smooth internal process

You Bring:
+ Minimum of 7 years of experience; ideally with sales or product development
+ Ability to work under tight timelines; ability to handle multiple projects and clients
+ Strong cross-functional partnering and communication skills; comfort in navigating in a global, multicultural and matrix environment
+ Advanced or Expert skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word
+ Ability to develop and maintain successful client relationships
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field, preferred
The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Salary $129,000-$160,000.
In addition to base salary, we also offer a comprehensive total rewards package, inclusive of annual incentive pay, a retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs and a broad range of other benefits. All benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements.
