What You Can Expect:
As the RN Lead for our Neurology Clinic, you will play a vital, hands-on role in supporting both clinical operations and patient care.
You can expect to:
+ Serve as a daily clinical and operational leader, working closely with the Practice Manager to ensure smooth clinic flow and effective care delivery.
+ Provide direct patient care as needed while supporting clinical staff, providers, and patients in real time.
+ Lead daily huddles, facilitate team communication, and serve as the key liaison between nurses, APPs, and physicians.
+ Support staff scheduling, onboarding, supply management, and hiring, as well as contribute to performance evaluations and ongoing mentorship.
+ Act as a clinical resource and super user, guiding staff on protocols, workflows, and EHR usage.
+ Champion educational efforts, quality improvement, and patient safety initiatives to promote clinical excellence.
This is a highly visible and “in-the-clinic” role where you will ensure both patients and care teams are equipped, supported, and set up for success every day.
**Schedule:** Monday - Friday, Day Hours. No weekends/holidays!
Qualifications:
+ Education: Bachelor's of Nursing Degree
+ Experience: 3 years' experience
+ Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience in ambulatory settings
+ Knowledgeable of EPIC
