    Job Summary

    OVHcloud is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Training Coordinator to support our ongoing employee development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and tracking training activities, ensuring employees are equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary for their roles, and supporting managers in fulfilling training needs across teams. This role also plays a key part in ensuring a consistent and engaging onboarding experience for all new hires and works in close collaboration with the Global Training Team to align on learning strategies and resources.

     

    Base pay range: $65,000 - 80,000 (based on relevant experience).

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    + Training Coordination:

    + Schedule, organize, and communicate training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs.

    + Maintain and update the training calendar in alignment with department needs and global training plans.

    + Ensure training materials, venues, tools, and logistics are prepared and available as needed.

    + Tracking and Reporting:

    + Maintain accurate training records, attendance logs, and certification tracking in the Learning Management System (LMS) or designated tracking tools.

    + Monitor employee training progress and follow up with managers and employees to ensure timely completion of required courses.

    + Generate regular reports and required metrics on training participation, compliance, and effectiveness for internal stakeholders.

    + Track all training delivered through third party e-learning platforms and log to Learning Management System (LMS)

    + Manager Support:

    + Collaborate with department managers to identify skill gaps and training needs within their teams.

    + Provide guidance and support to managers in assigning and scheduling relevant training programs.

    + Ensure managers have access to tools and resources to support their team’s development.

    + Onboarding Coordination:

    + Manage Departmental Onboarding program in ADP Workforce Now and ensure defined processes are followed by all departments

    + Act as a liaison between departments to ensure all onboarding tasks are completed.

    + Collaboration with Global Training Team:

    + Partner with the Global Training Team to align on content, delivery methods, and training initiatives.

    + Participate in global meetings, share regional feedback, and implement global training strategies locally.

    + Assist in localizing global content to ensure cultural and operational relevance.

    Minimum Requirements

    + 2+ years proven experience in training coordination, HR support, or a similar administrative role.

    + Associate’s degree in business, Human Resources or relevant field or commensurate experience

    + Excellent organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.

    + Strong written communication skills

    + Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training tracking tools.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with excellent Microsoft Excel skills

    + Experience working in a global or matrixed environment is a plus.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field.

    + Knowledge of instructional design or adult learning principles.

    + Experience supporting global or multi-site training initiatives.
