Key Responsibilities

+ Oversee daily transportation operations and provide direct supervision to staff

+ Manage operational budgets and provide variance analysis

+ Ensure all safety protocols and regulatory requirements are met or exceeded

+ Oversee incident and collision claim processes

+ Maintain fleet and facilities in compliance with safety and environmental standards

+ Optimize route scheduling to improve efficiency and meet contract obligations

+ Deliver timely operational and financial reporting to leadership

+ Ensure all purchasing activities align with company policies

+ Foster a culture of engagement, accountability, and recognition among staff

Required Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

+ Minimum of 3 years of management experience, preferably in transportation or logistics

+ Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills

+ Proven ability to analyze financial and operational data

+ Background in strategic planning, safety compliance, or organizational performance a plus
