    Now Hiring: Facilities Maintenance Field Technician

     

    Tired of being stuck in the same building every day? We’ve got the job for you. We’re on the hunt for a **Facilities Maintenance Field Technician** who’s ready to roll—literally. You’ll travel between multiple commercial sites in Atlanta, solving problems, fixing what’s broken, and keeping facilities running like clockwork.

     

    You’ll get a company vehicle, a gas card, and the freedom to work independently while tackling everything from HVAC systems and lighting to fire safety equipment and plumbing. This is your chance to put your hands-on experience to work in a role that’s never boring.

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    + Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems

    + Keep life safety and fire systems in top shape

    + Clean coils, change filters and belts, fix leaks, replace lights—you name it

    + Travel to various sites and handle emergency and routine maintenance

    + Use BAS and basic software (Word, Excel) to log your work

    + Help oversee contractors and ensure jobs are done right

    + Maintain a clean, safe work environment at every location

    What We’re Looking For:

    + 2–4 years of commercial facility maintenance experience

    + Strong skills in at least one trade: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or utility systems

    + EPA 608 Type II required (Universal preferred)

    + Valid driver’s license

    + A safety-first mindset, great communication, and the ability to work independently

    **Pay Details:** $30.00 per hour
