    Job Overview:

    Sign On Bonus: $4,500

     

    As a Maintenance Technician II, you are responsible for installing, modifying, troubleshooting, repairing, overhauling, rebuilding, and dismantling all types of complex manufacturing and support equipment. You will be involved in work of a varied nature with minimal supervision, to maintain physical assets in a condition desired by management and in compliance with industry standards and government regulations. You are responsible for training, advising, and sometimes directing other technicians.

     

    N2: Fri., Sat., Sun.; Alternating Thur. 6PM - 6:15AM

    Job Responsibilities:

    + Diagnose, plan, & perform all operations necessary to install, modify, troubleshoot, repair, overhaul, rebuild, & dismantle various types of complex manufacturing & support equipment with special focus on advanced troubleshooting on control systems, servo drives, motors, HMIs, & PLCs on complex high speed packaging lines

    + Perform preventive maintenance & other proactive activities to monitor & maintain equipment condition

    + Coordinate with other technicians, production personnel, engineering, management, & other stakeholders to communicate & plan maintenance activities

    + Coordinate with equipment/service vendors for technical assistance

    + Maintain safe, clean, & well-organized work areas

    + Comply with regulatory, Keurig Dr Pepper, & departmental policies, procedures, & standards (especially safety)

    + Assist other maintenance technicians as priorities dictate, time allows, or directed.

    + Identify opportunities for maintenance or process improvement & drive recommendations to implementation or resolution

    + Complete or assist with special projects as directed

    + Perform other duties as requested by management

    Total Rewards:

    + Pay starting at $38.11 per hour. The employee will move to a higher rate of $40.01 per hour in the quarter after their 6-month anniversary.

    + Average Shift Premium for N2: $2.87

    Requirements:

    + Completion of Industrial Maintenance degree or certificate preferred.

    + Formal manufacturing maintenance education and/or 3 years of related manufacturing maintenance experience.

    + Demonstrated advanced mechanical /electrical skills (PLC troubleshooting and Robotics skills preferred).

    + Ability to read and understand complex instructions, prints, flowchart, block diagram, and schematics.

    + Ability to competently use and understand precision testing and diagnostic equipment.

    + Experience using e-mail, job databases, spreadsheets, and CMMS, such as SAP.

    + Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) experience preferred.

    + Packaging experience is preferred.

    + High speed automation experience preferred.

    + Yellow / Green Belt training preferred

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS:

    + Ability to lift, push, pull, up to 50 pounds on a regular basis

    + Ability to frequently kneel, squat, bend, & stoop

    + Ability to repetitively lift, twist, stretch, & reach overhead

    + Ability to stand during entire shift minimum of 12 hours

    + Work in compliance with OSHA regulations
