    Description

    We are looking for a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to assist with a paper-to-digital file conversion project. This is a Contract position based in La Jolla, California, with an estimated duration of three - four weeks. Ideal candidates will excel in repetitive tasks, be comfortable handling confidential information, and possess strong organizational skills.

    Responsibilities:

    • Convert paper files into digital format by scanning and organizing documents.

    • Rename digital files systematically to ensure clarity and consistency.

    • Verify document labels for accuracy and compliance with project requirements.

    • File documents into appropriate digital folders for easy access and retrieval.

    • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

    • Participate in training sessions to familiarize with project-specific processes.

    • Perform quality checks to ensure the completeness and accuracy of digital files.

    • Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.

    • Adhere to casual dress code guidelines and maintain an organized workspace.

    Requirements

    • All candidates are required to undergo a LiveScan

    • Proficiency in computer-based data entry tasks.

    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive work.

    • Familiarity with file organization and document management systems.

    • Comfortable working with confidential and sensitive information.

    • Effective organizational skills to manage large volumes of data.

    • Willingness to learn and adapt to project-specific procedures.

    • Availability to work the designated schedule for the duration of the project.
