Position Summary:
The IPF is seeking a dynamic Division HR Manager to join their leadership team. This key role will oversee both strategic and tactical Human Resources responsibilities within the division, leading the HR team and collaborating closely with the General Manager and other members of the management team. We are looking for an experienced HR professional who can serve as a strategic partner, administrative expert, team member champion, and change agent, driving HR initiatives that support business goals and foster a positive work environment. Responsibilities:
+ Act as the strategic business partner between Operations and the HR function.
+ Manage the division talent development and succession planning processes, developing strategies for long-term success.
+ Oversee the division performance management practices.
+ Increase the effectiveness of division communication programs.
+ Administer and manage compliance for all HR policies.
+ Conduct performance evaluations, hiring, training, coaching, periodic meetings, and other associated managerial activities.
+ Champion company engagement, culture and management practices within the division.
+ Work towards continuously improving the automation of HR practices.
Experience and Education:
+ Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
+ 10-12 years of experience in Human Resource Management with previous experience in a multi-site, manufacturing environment.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
+ Understanding of HR related laws, including, but not limited to, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, Title 7, Age Discrimination Act, and state law statutes.
+ Experience with building team member engagement, analytics and change management.
+ Strong leadership skills including strategic thinking, managing a HR team, influencing through others, and ability to provide an exceptional customer experience internally and externally.
+ Willingness to travel up to 20%.
