Job Title: Accounts Receivable Associate

Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation: $22 - $23/hour

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team. In this role, you will work with internal teams and external clients to manage and collect outstanding accounts receivable balances. This is an on-site position, with the potential for a hybrid schedule after training is completed.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Process payments made by customers and apply them accurately

+ Prepare customer account statements and reports

+ Respond to basic customer inquiries in a professional manner

+ Analyze account activity and assist with account reconciliations

+ Conduct root cause analysis of delayed payments and suggest process improvements

+ Assist in preparing month-end financial reports

+ Participate in process improvement projects related to Accounts Receivable

+ Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

+ High school diploma or equivalent required

+ Minimum of 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable or a related field

+ Some formal education in a business-related discipline is preferred

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic functions and tools required)

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills

+ Ability to follow instructions and ask clarifying questions when needed

+ Professional demeanor with strong customer service orientation
