Key Responsibilities

+ Oversee accounts receivable, including reconciliations, invoicing, and payroll tracking.

+ Manage contract fulfillment to ensure compliance and successful delivery.

+ Collaborate with departments to streamline financial processes and achieve business goals.

+ Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all financial activities.

Requirements

+ 4+ years of experience in accounts receivable, payroll, invoicing, and contract management.

+ Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software (training on company systems provided).

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.

+ Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and clients.
