Job Description

Join a team where you will assemble components, including sub-assemblies, manual and electrical components, contributing to the completion of a variety of products. You will work under general supervision, adhering to safety, quality, and quantity standards while following directions and blueprints to meet product specifications.

Responsibilities

+ Assemble components including sub-assemblies, manual, and electrical components.

+ Adhere to safety, quality, and quantity standards.

+ Follow directions and blueprints to meet product specifications.

+ Speak up and report any safety and quality issues.

+ Participate in workplace organization and follow training procedures, including cross-training and teamwork.

Essential Skills

+ Ability to meet work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends.

+ Capability to read and understand procedures, safety sheets, instructions, and policies in English.

+ Ability to carry out and communicate verbal instructions in English.

+ Attention to detail and ability to learn new processes, systems, and equipment.

+ Strong teamwork skills, including working in a diverse setting and participating in conflict resolution.

+ Motivation to grow and progress in skills with a willingness to cross-train.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Basic computer skills.

+ Experience in following a process to complete a task.

+ Experience in assembly and production, particularly in medical device assembly.

+ Capability to lift and carry 10-50 lbs frequently, and occasionally 50-75 lbs.

+ Ability to perform tasks that require prolonged stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, sitting, standing, and/or crawling.

Work Environment

Work in a clean and organized medical device manufacturing environment. The assembly process involves both sitting at a bench and standing for quality checks and packaging. After training, you are allowed to wear one earbud while working.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.80 - $24.80/hr.
