    Description

    **Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring skilled **Facilities Maintenance Technicians** for projects located in **Montgomery, TX** . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is **up to $21/hour** based on experience and skill level. If you are a Facilities Maintenance Technician eager to demonstrate your knowledge and skills while learning new ones, this is your chance to advance in your career!

    Job Scope:

    + Construct furniture, play-sets and toys as needed

    + Move furniture and other large objects

    + Hang signs, sign brackets, bulletin boards, white boards, changing tables, television wall mount bracket and backpack hooks

    + Install fences, privacy screen panels, chain link fence, privacy slats and/or vinyl tape as needed

    + Dispose of boxes and trash as needed

    + Perform other duties as assigned by management

    Requirements

    + Must have previous construction/handyman experience

    + Ability to read construction plans

    + Ability to work independently

    + Excellent organizational and time management abilities

    + Attention to detail and accuracy

    + Ability to lift up to 25lbs pounds if necessary
